  • Build Rates from the Ground Up: Rates are developed from the actual resources needed to execute the work, including materials, labour, plant, equipment, productivity and waste allowances.
  • Current Market Conditions: Pricing is developed with current supplier, subcontractor, labour and equipment costs relevant to the project and available market information.
